A training course on the detection of Xylella fastidiosa and CaLsol organized by POnTE in Belgrade (Serbia)

The training course The theoretical and practical training on the detection of Xylella fastidiosa and Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum within the EU H2020 funded project “Pest Organisms Threatening Europe” – POnTE will be held at the Faculty of Agriculture – University of Belgrade (Serbia) from June 24 to 26, 2019.

The Training is intended for the candidates from the Balkans who work in the field of plant disease diagnostics, detection of plant pathogens, plant protection, plant health certification and inspection.

The main objective of this Training is to improve the two bacteria detection and diagnostic expertise within the region by providing advanced knowledge on detection and identification of X. fastidiosa and CaLsol by using the latest molecular and serological methods and on-site detection kits and experience developed within the POnTE Project.
