Non-destructive DNA extraction from Psyllids
This protocol describes the method for extracting DNA from psyllid vectors, thereby retaining a voucher specimen (exoskeleton) after extraction.
It has been prepared and made available by SG-SASA, as a part of the CRF Psyllid Project, funded by the Scottish Government and the H2020-funded POnTE Project.
The protocol is available in four different languages:
