Degree in Biology and Food Science and Technology and University expert in tasting virgin olive oil. International experience in fats and oils technology and its application in food matrices. Currently, researcher at the R&D department in CITOLIVA, her work is focused mainly on olive growing and virgin olive oil. Since 2011 member of CITOLIVA virgin olive oil panel tasting. Wide experience in sensorial analysis and physical chemistry characterization of olive oil.
